Well, that was short and sweet! You know how it goes, sometimes a role and a person just aren’t the match they looked like at first, and a few months down the road you both see it clearly.

No hard feelings! I learned, reminded, and validated a lot in the last few months which all comes down to: it’s never been about a title, a headcount, or 10x engineering for me. It’s always been about architecture, standards, and the tooling that makes a codebase healthy enough for everyone to be better and enjoy their work time.
